We created this short, stylish and funny TV commercial for the Ontario NDP to get at the heart of how voters are feeling in the 2011 Ontario general election. For too long Liberals and Conservatives had traded places running the government. But it didn’t have to be that way.
Focus groups loved it, columnists wrote favourably about it, and it was also featured on 6 o’clock news spots. The YouTube metrics for the paid pre-roll advertising were off the charts: people disproportionately clicked through to the client’s site.
This is an excellent example of a TV commercial that became a viral video and social media sensation.
